These Affiliate Program General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the participation of affiliates (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) in the Lisaiceland Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered by Lisaiceland (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Program covers promotion of Lisaiceland products and services, including but not limited to AI-powered platforms such as AI Voice+.

1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1 To join the Program, potential affiliates must submit a registration form via the Lisaiceland website.
1.2 Acceptance is at Lisaiceland’s sole discretion. We may reject applications for any reason, including misalignment with our brand or content policies.
1.3 Affiliates must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the term of participation.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

Promote Lisaiceland products and services in a lawful and ethical manner.
Comply with applicable laws, including marketing, data privacy, and consumer protection regulations.
Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Lisaiceland products.
Avoid misleading or deceptive claims regarding products, services, or earnings potential.
Ensure that their marketing channels (websites, social media, email, etc.) do not contain harmful or illegal content.

Affiliates are responsible for the technical requirements of their own marketing channels, including website uptime and proper tracking of affiliate links.

3. Commission and Payment

3.1 Eligible sales made through an Affiliate’s unique referral link are tracked and commissions calculated according to the Program rules.
3.2 Commission rates, payment schedules, and eligible products are determined by Lisaiceland and may be updated from time to time.
3.3 Commissions are paid only for completed, verified transactions. Refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions may reduce or nullify commissions.
3.4 Payments are made in accordance with the chosen payment method. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
3.5 Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes associated with their earnings.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Lisaiceland grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Lisaiceland products in compliance with this GTC.
4.2 Affiliates may not alter or modify Lisaiceland intellectual property without prior written consent.
4.3 All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Lisaiceland.

5. Restrictions

Affiliates shall not:

Bid on Lisaiceland trademarks or variations in paid search advertising without written consent.
Use spam, unsolicited messages, or unethical marketing methods.
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices to generate commissions.
Encourage, condone, or facilitate violations of these GTC.
6. Term and Termination

6.1 The Program begins upon acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated.
6.2 Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice.
6.3 Lisaiceland may terminate an Affiliate’s participation immediately for violations of these GTC, unethical behavior, or any activity detrimental to Lisaiceland’s brand.
6.4 Upon termination, Affiliates lose the right to promote Lisaiceland products and may forfeit unpaid or pending commissions at Lisaiceland’s discretion.

7. Data Protection

Lisaiceland processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Affiliates must comply with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any required consent when collecting or processing user data for marketing purposes.

8. Disclaimer

Participation in the Program does not guarantee any specific level of sales or commissions. Lisaiceland disclaims all warranties related to earnings potential, service availability, or marketing support.

Affiliates are responsible for the results of their promotional activities and for ensuring lawful use of all marketing channels.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These GTC are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lisaiceland operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

11. Changes to the Affiliate Program

Lisaiceland may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these GTC at any time. Updated terms will be published on the Lisaiceland website. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such updates.
