These IT General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the provision of software, AI services, and related digital products by Lisaiceland (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to customers (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”).
By accessing or using Lisaiceland websites, applications, or services, including AI-powered platforms such as AI Voice+, you agree to these GTC.
1. Scope of Services
Lisaiceland provides software-as-a-service (SaaS), artificial intelligence solutions, voice automation systems, APIs, and related digital services.
Services may include:
AI voice agents and conversational interfaces
workflow automation tools
API access and integrations
cloud-hosted dashboards
analytics and usage monitoring
documentation and developer tools
Services are provided electronically via web-based interfaces or APIs.
Lisaiceland reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features in order to maintain service quality, security, and innovation.
2. Formation of Contract
A contract is formed when:
Customer registers for an account
Customer subscribes to a paid plan
Customer accepts an order or proposal
Customer uses services after agreeing to terms
Electronic acceptance constitutes legally binding agreement.
Customers must provide accurate information during registration.
3. License and Permitted Use
Lisaiceland grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the services during the subscription term.
Customer agrees:
not to reverse engineer or copy the platform
not to resell services without authorization
not to use services for unlawful purposes
not to attempt to disrupt platform infrastructure
not to bypass usage limits or billing systems
All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Lisaiceland.
4. AI Services and Output
Lisaiceland provides AI-generated content including text, voice, and automated decision-support outputs.
Customer acknowledges:
AI outputs may not always be accurate or complete
human review may be required prior to use
AI outputs may vary based on input data
Customer is responsible for evaluating suitability of results
Lisaiceland does not guarantee factual accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for:
lawful use of services
compliance with applicable regulations
maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
accuracy of input data
reviewing AI-generated outputs
ensuring proper disclosure when using AI-generated voices where required by law
Customer must not upload or process unlawful content.
6. Availability and Service Levels
Lisaiceland aims to provide high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
maintenance
infrastructure upgrades
security improvements
third-party provider outages
force majeure events
Maintenance may be scheduled with reasonable notice where feasible.
7. Fees and Payment
Certain services require payment of subscription or usage-based fees.
Customer agrees to:
pay applicable fees as described in pricing plans
provide valid payment information
pay usage-based charges where applicable
pay taxes where required by law
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Prices may change with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Lisaiceland services remain the exclusive property of Lisaiceland or its licensors.
Customer retains ownership of data provided to the platform.
Customer grants Lisaiceland the limited right to process data solely for the purpose of providing services.
Customer may not copy, reproduce, or distribute proprietary software without authorization.
9. Data Protection and Security
Lisaiceland implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer data.
Data processing is governed by applicable privacy laws and Lisaiceland privacy policies.
Customer is responsible for ensuring lawful collection and use of any personal data uploaded to the platform.
Lisaiceland may use subprocessors and infrastructure providers in order to operate services.
10. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Lisaiceland services may integrate with third-party providers including infrastructure vendors, APIs, or communication platforms.
Lisaiceland is not responsible for:
third-party outages
third-party data handling practices
changes in third-party APIs
performance limitations of external systems
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the course of service use.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except where required:
to provide services
by law
with consent of the disclosing party
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisaiceland shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including:
lost profits
lost data
business interruption
reputational harm
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by Customer during the preceding 12 months, unless otherwise required by law.
Nothing in these GTC excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lisaiceland from claims arising from:
unlawful use of services
violation of regulations
infringement of third-party rights
misuse of AI-generated outputs
unauthorized content processing
14. Term and Termination
Agreement remains in effect during the active subscription term.
Customer may terminate by discontinuing use of services.
Lisaiceland may suspend or terminate access if Customer:
violates these GTC
fails to pay fees
engages in unlawful activity
creates risk to platform security
Termination does not relieve Customer of outstanding payment obligations.
15. Changes to Services or Terms
Lisaiceland may update services or these GTC to reflect:
legal requirements
security improvements
product changes
evolving AI standards
Updated terms will be published with revised effective date.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These GTC shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Lisaiceland operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where required, mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
