If you discover a vulnerability in any Lisaiceland service, we ask that you report it responsibly so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

How to Report a Vulnerability

Please send vulnerability reports to:

security@lisaiceland.com

Include as much information as possible, such as:
Description of the issue
Steps to reproduce the vulnerability
Affected system or URL
Screenshots or supporting evidence

This information helps our team investigate the issue efficiently.

Responsible Disclosure Guidelines

We request that researchers:
Allow reasonable time for investigation and remediation before public disclosure
Avoid accessing or modifying customer data
Avoid disrupting services or systems
Avoid exploiting vulnerabilities beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue

Acknowledge the report
Investigate promptly
Remediate confirmed vulnerabilities
Credit researchers when appropriate
