Agent Oracle help & support
Whether a session went sideways, a charge looks wrong, or an article got a number wrong, everything here reaches the same small team. Start with the quick answers β most issues are solved before you need to write to us.
Quick answers
The session's diagnosis missed my situationβΎ
Answer the next question with the constraint it missed β budget, headcount, contract length, whatever it assumed away. The model re-weights each turn and will abandon a hypothesis when you contradict it. If it still will not let go after two turns, restart with the constraint stated up front; that is usually faster than arguing with it.
It keeps asking questions instead of concludingβΎ
That means confidence never crossed the threshold, almost always because two answers pointed in opposite directions. Say "conclude with what you have" and it will commit and tell you what it is uncertain about.
Can I use output from a session in a board or investor document?βΎ
Yes, but treat it as analysis to check rather than a source to cite. Nothing generated in a session is verified advice β verify any figure against your own numbers first, and read our editorial and AI methodology pages for what is and is not reviewed.
I ran out of turns mid-sessionβΎ
Turn allowances refill on your plan's cycle, and your session transcript is kept β reopen it from your profile and continue once it refills, or upgrade from the plans page to continue immediately.
Contact us page
The fastest route. Send us your name, email and question β we reply by email.
Open the contact form βThe help bubble
The floating bubble in the bottom corner of any page opens chat, accessibility settings and support without losing your place.
Create a support ticket
Billing, account or bug reports: start your message with βTicket:β and a tracked support ticket is opened for you.
Open a ticket βWhat to include so we can fix it fast
- The email on your account β never send us your password.
- A link to the session or article, and roughly when it happened.
- What you expected the diagnosis to consider versus what it did.
- Device and browser, e.g. "MacBook, Chrome" β plus a screenshot if the interface misbehaved.
Sessions and turn limits
Each diagnostic session runs as a one-question-at-a-time interview. Turns are counted per exchange and shown in your profile. Unfinished sessions are saved automatically and can be resumed from where you stopped.
Accounts and sign-in
One sign-in covers your history, saved sessions and subscription. If a reset email does not arrive, check spam and confirm you are using the address you originally signed up with; if it still fails, write to us and we will check the account by hand.
Billing, plans and refunds
Plans, top-ups and cancellation all live in your profile. For a charge you do not recognise, open a ticket with the date and amount and we will trace it against our records.
Reporting an error in an article
Send the article link and the specific claim. Numbers, dates and pricing figures get priority β those are the ones that cause real damage if they are wrong.
Accessibility
The help bubble carries text sizing, contrast, dyslexia-friendly type, a reading guide and read-aloud. Accessibility reports jump the queue ahead of everything except billing failures.
Privacy and your data
Export or delete your data yourself from the "Request my data" tab in your profile. Session transcripts are included in the export.
