myAgents.PLUS today published its full editorial standards and completed the move of its reference library to a living-article model, in which every page is versioned, dated, and rewritten on a schedule rather than published once and abandoned.
What changed
A hard quality floor. No article publishes unless it carries at least 1,400 words of visible body copy and a minimum of two original visual elements — a comparison table, a timeline diagram, a concept map, or a labelled statistics panel. Word count is measured on rendered text only, so headings, captions, and navigation cannot pad it. Figures are generated from each article's own data rather than sourced from a stock library, making them specific to the page they appear on.
Named accountability. Every article carries an editorial byline. The named editor is responsible for the claims on the page, and corrections are made at the source with the date shown.
Disclosed AI assistance. Drafting is AI-assisted, and every page says so. Drafts are structured against a brief requiring twelve distinct sections with different jobs — definition, origin, mechanism, comparison, timeline, misconceptions, implications, limits, and references — and any draft that returns fewer sections, or sections with empty bodies, is discarded before it is assigned a URL.
Versioned, living pages. Published articles join an evolution queue and are periodically reassessed for accuracy, currency, internal linking, and depth relative to the rest of the library. Pages needing work are rewritten in place; the version number increments and the update date changes. Each article displays its version badge publicly.
Library audit
As part of the change, the library was audited against the new standard rather than the standard in force when each page was written. Pages that no longer cleared the floor were withdrawn from circulation immediately rather than left published, and are being rewritten to the current standard in batches. Any page that still fails after a rewrite remains unpublished.
